We destroy all contraband and offensive items unless we can pass them to museums or schools for educational purposes. This includes…

- Racist items
- Anti-Semitic items
- Homophobic items
- Confederate memorabilia
- Discriminatory items
- Any gollywog items
- Ivory and big cat skins (subject to exemptions)
- Tiger claws
- Uncertified firearms
- Reproduction Nazi memorabilia
Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions we cannot be held liable for any missing or damaged Item that falls under a Restricted Category (including easily breakable items such as crockery, glass, porcelain, ceramics and similar) or any missing or damaged Item which is sent to us in a Box which also contains any Item which falls under a Restricted Category.

- Send your box for free!
- Using your free postage labels, drop your box at the post office or book a home collection.
- Sit back and relax
- Receive your offer within 7 working days. Either accept and get paid the same day or have your items returned for free.

I would have preferred an item by item valuation rather than a box total just so I could see what each item was valued at. However it is a quick and time saving service if you are not wanting top price for your items. ...

Updates from the minute I posted my box, to receipt at their depot, my box being valued, and finally my offer. Reassurance all the way that my items had been received and valued. I was happy too with my offer.
