Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions we cannot be held liable for any missing or damaged Item that falls under a Restricted Category (including easily breakable items such as crockery, glass, porcelain, ceramics and similar) or any missing or damaged Item which is sent to us in a Box which also contains any Item which falls under a Restricted Category.

- Pack your items into a box
- Pack a box with all your unwanted valuables, even broken and tangled items are accepted.
- Send your box for free!
- Using your free postage labels, drop your box at the post office or book a home collection.
- Sit back and relax
- Receive your offer within 7 working days. Either accept and get paid the same day or have your items returned for free.

We are a trusted service with over 500,000 customers signed up and more than 10,000 Trustpilot reviews. Your items will be automatically insured for loss or damage in transit via Parcelforce up to a maximum of £300, subject to evidence of the value of any damaged or lost item(s). Additional insurance cover can be separately arranged in appropriate cases with ourselves upon request, and at no additional cost to you, up to a maximum of £10,000.

No, unfortunately, this isn’t possible. The value of an item is very dependent on quality, condition, age and demand so we must see it in person to be able to give it a fair valuation. If you are not satisfied with your offer, we will return your items free of charge so you have nothing to lose by sending them in.

Absolutely! Our service is designed to be 100% free, whether you send your items to us or request them to be returned after declining our offer.

Sending your box to us is free, easy and safe. We pay for and insure every parcel you send for up to £300 using a tracked Parcelforce service.
There are two ways you can send your box to us:
1) Using your pre-paid postage labels
When you order your free selling guide, we include a pre-paid postage label and sender details sticker. After packing your box, please stick the postage label and the sender details sticker to the outside, and then take your box to any UK Post Office - click here to find your nearest Post Office branch.
The Post Office will accept the parcel at no cost to you; then, we'll begin appraising your items when your box arrives in our Leeds-based facility.
2) By booking a free home collection
After signing up, you'll receive details on how to book your free Parcelforce home collection. You can also book a collection here.
Please ensure your box is securely packaged and ready for collection. There’s no need to attach any labels or stickers, as your Parcelforce driver will provide everything needed. -
We're a no obligation service, so you're welcome to decline any offer made should it not meet your expectations. If you decline our offer, we will return your whole parcel of items at no cost to yourself.

Unfortunately, we do not accept items that are not specified on our site. If you believe you have an item that would be of interest to our experts, you can call our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.

A vintage advisor will call you with an offer once we've received and valued your items. You’ll get an explanation of the offer and an opportunity to ask any questions. If we are unable to reach you, we send an email and SMS message requesting you to contact us.

Maybe. Our service is designed to help you declutter in bulk, so we would prefer you to send 10 items or more. However, if you believe your item is really special, please get in touch to see if it is suitable.

Of course! Our home collection service is free for all of our customers. If you'd like to book your slot, please call us on 0800 246 1111. You can also book a collection here.

We hope this never happens but if your items are damaged, we will handle any claim on your behalf. Your parcel is insured for up to £300 as standard, through Parcelforce. However, if you believe your items are worth more, we can raise your insurance to £1,000 or £10,000.
